How long is the experience?
Allow three hours: roughly two hours aboard and one hour ashore on the Asian side.
Is hotel transfer included?
Round-trip hotel transfer is included from hotels in Sultanahmet and the surrounding area. Share your hotel name and address when enquiring so we can confirm pickup arrangements. Collection takes place before the cruise; please be ready at the confirmed pickup time.
Can children join?
The reference child policy lists ages 0–3 as free and a 30% discount for ages 4–6. Final rates must be confirmed before booking.
What facilities are included?
Live guiding, onboard Wi-Fi, tea and drinking water are listed with the cruise.
Is there a vegetarian meal?
A vegetarian meal is listed at no extra charge. Please request it when enquiring; allergy requirements need separate confirmation.
When do I pay?
No online payment is required. After your booking is confirmed, payment is made on arrival for the tour.
Can I cancel or change my booking?
Contact us on WhatsApp to request a cancellation or date change. The applicable deadline and any charges will be shared before your booking is confirmed.
How do I request a reservation?
Select your tour, date and guests, review the summary, then continue to WhatsApp and tap Send. We will reply to confirm availability and the final details. Submitting an enquiry does not automatically confirm a booking.
